COMPANY HISTORY

Finance & Insurance (Brokers) Australia Pty Ltd was established in 1989. Since then we have seen a rapid growth through acquisitions and the integration of other insurance brokers.  The FIA Business is managed by a board of directors who along with the Operations Manager looks after the day to day running of the business.

We currently have 20 staff members and our insurance broking team has over 250 years combined experience in the insurance industry. Our commitment to training and development, along with the extensive experience of our broking team ensures our customers are receiving the best possible service and advice.

FIA is a member of the Steadfast Group and NIBA. (National Insurance Brokers Association). By utilising the services provided by these organisations, FIA are able to access the knowledge, special tailored policy wordings and competitive rates previously only available to much larger organisations within the competitive insurance market. These organisations where established with providing their clients with the benefits of big business buying power in mind. This buying power allows us to access competitive premiums and specially tailored products within the competitive insurance market.

In 2007 the current Directors of FIA and Brett Handke decided to establish FIA Financial Planning. The aim was to offer more valued added services to the current clients of Finance & Insurance Brokers and in doing so helping people to achieve both their financial and lifestyle goals.
