COMPANY HISTORY

Finance & Insurance (Brokers) Australia Pty Ltd was established in 1989 and has experienced rapid growth since its founding; acquisitions and the integration of other insurance brokers is also contributing to our success.

The current insurance broking team has over 250 years combined experience in the insurance industry which ensures our customers are receiving the best possible advice.

The FIA Business is managed by a board of directors. The board of directors along with the Operations Management looks after the day to day running of the business.

FIA is a member of the Steadfast Group and NIBA. (National Insurance Brokers Association). By untilising the services provided by these organisations, FIA are able to access the knowledge, special tailored policy wordings and competitive rates previously only available to much larger organisations within the competitive insurance market.

Currently the FIA has 18 team members who are all committed to the development of their team through training and offering career opportunities.

In 2007 the current Directors of FIA and Brett Handke decided to establish FIA Financial Planning. The aim was to offer more valued added services to the current clients of Finance & Insurance Brokers and in doing so helping people to achieve both their financial and lifestyle goals.
